Tenders are matched to HS codes using a published mapping between HS headings and the EU’s CPV procurement codes, plus keywords. Matching is automatic, so always read the full notice before bidding. Duty and incentive rates are indicative; confirm with the official CBIC/DGFT notification before filing.
